Abstract


This study aims to determine the relationship between students perception of teacher performance and student motivation with student learning outcomes in the blood circulation system. The research design used in this study is correlational.The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method.The study was conducted on student class XI IPA in SMAN 95 and SMAN 96 Jakarta were 120 respondent, which consisted of 60 students in SMAN 96 and 60 students in SMAN 95 with simple random sampling technique. Measuring instruments used in the form of questionnaire data over the students perception, student motivation and learning result test.Data analysis was performed with the statistical technique of Pearson product moment correlation, using the statistical program SPSS version 20.From the analysis of the research data obtained were: the positive relationship between students' perceptions and students motivation with learning outcomes for 0,323.
